il servizio clienti telefonico fastweb è temporaneamente indisponibile visto l'emergenza covid.
Avendo problemi con l attivazione della fibra, decido allora di andare al negozio fastweb dopo aver provato per 5 giorni a contattare il centralino.
Ingenuamente ho pensato che il negozio fastweb possa darmi qualche informazione in piu essendo NEGOZIO AFFILIATO.
In breve,neanche ho finito di spiegare la mia situazione che la signorina dietro al bancone mi interrompe dicendo di non poter far nulla in maniera così sgarbata che mi ha urtato cosi tanto da dover andar via.
Cio che mi chiedo è:" possibile che da cliente fastweb entro in un negozio FASTWEB per chiedere informazioni vista la difficoltà nel contattare un operatore telefonico e neanche vengo ascoltato?"
Disservizio gigante e poco rispetto da parte della signorina bionda che spero cambi atteggiamento

Having problems with fiber activation, I then decided to go to the fastweb shop after trying for 5 days to contact the switchboard.
I naively thought that the fastweb shop could give me some more information as it is AN AFFILIATED STORE.
In short, I haven't even finished explaining my situation that the young lady behind the counter interrupts me by saying that she can't do anything so rudely that she bumped into me so much that she had to leave.
What I ask myself is: "Is it possible that as a fastweb customer I enter a FASTWEB shop to ask for information given the difficulty in contacting a telephone operator and I am not even listened to?"
Giant disservice and little respect from the blonde lady who I hope changes her attitude
