Nonostante il tour previsto con il pullman fosse saltato (per "colpa" del guasto della Pacifica), ci hanno proposto un tour privato con autista, in macchina, ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Un pò di più del Tour Panoramico previsto, ma vi giuro che ne è valsa la pena. L'autista Luca è stato cordiale e soprattutto preparatissimo. Ci ha fatto da guida e ci ha fatto vedere e raggiungere posti che non avremmo mai potuto vedere e raggiungere in pullman. Da consigliare e peccato che si possano dare solo 5 stelle...ne meriterebbero 10* F A N T A S T I C I !!!! Although the planned tour with the bus was skipped (due to the "fault" of the failure of the Pacifica), they offered us a private tour with driver, by car, at a very affordable price. A little more than the planned Panoramic Tour, but I swear to you that it was worth it. The driver Luca was cordial and above all very prepared. He guided us and showed us and reached places that we could never have seen and reached by bus. To recommend and too bad that you can only give 5 stars ... they deserve 10 *

No dia do passeio existia uma corrida pela cidade, onde o ônibus que contratei pela empresa não poderia circular, ou seja, paguei para andar de ônibus mas tive que fazer o trajeto a pé, inclusive sem ir em pontos desejados, como o Coliseum. Para piorar, ao voltar para o cruzeiro, esqueci minha bolsa com passaporte, euros e cartão de crédito no ônibus particular da empresa. No dia seguinte, liguei para reclamar e solicitar uma busca nos mesmos, e nem foram capazes de responder o e-mail. First they did not reimburse me on the ride I bought and paid to do in Rome. On the day of the tour there was a race through the city, where the bus that I hired by the company could not circulate, that is, I paid to go by bus but had to make the journey on foot, even without going in desired points, like the Coliseum. To make matters worse, on returning to the cruise, I forgot my purse with passport, euros and credit card on the company's private bus. The next day I called to complain and requested a search on them, and they were not even able to respond to the email.

Grazie mille The girls are great, they werent prepared, any doubt or request was promptly clarified or made ... I booked my holiday exactly as I wanted ... the girl was so long the computer to find a hotel that would satisfy all my requests such as the flight .... I could not ask for more !!! thanks a lot

She provided interesting information about Rome, and maintained a high level of energy and intrigue. She fielded questions effectively, while maintaining a pace to ensure that we saw the sites of Rome. Finally, Ilenya assisted me with my lost cell phone (on her own time) and made several phone calls on my behalf. She could not have been more helpful than she was. She is the definition of an employee who gives 100% to her clients. Ilenya is an asset to Civitours!!

G	George Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad quality services. No organization at all. The company's boss and blond curly lady in the bus terminal was very rude to her staff. The tour leader spoke bad English and the guide was worried about the timing because this tour company promises a lot of highlights in the guided tour but doesn't provide the time to see them all. As a consequence you hurry up all the tour and you have no more than 20 minutes for lunch. That's awful when you have been walking for hours under the sun in the summer season and you're tired. If you want to enjoy Rome, don't book with them.

I decided to visit Rome for the second time and I chose this tour company as it offered the chance to see those highlights I couldn't see before. They include too many places in the itinerary and the poor guide has to run all the way and you have to be quick and healthy to enjoy without getting lost. The route is not organized with expertise! I don't think that the person in charge with the design of the tour has never done it! Confusion is what strikes most. On the bus, the company tour leader tries to sell entrance tickets to museums or the guided visit to those who purchased the sightseeing tour and in this multi option group there's always someone who didn't buy the guided visit but follows and listens to the guide all the same! The company tour leaders' English is quite difficult to understand... What else? Low quality and a packed tour experience by a tour company which probably aims to make easy money.
