★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio . Ho acquistato una borsa . Tornato a casa appena aperta era maleodorante per la scarsa qualità del materiale . Ho atteso un giorno affinché si togliesse , ma nulla ! Torno al negozio e chiedo di sostituirla , ma per mancanza del cartellino andato perduto non l’hanno voluta ne’sostituire, ne’ mi hanno proposto di cambiarla con altro , o tantomeno avere un piccolo sconto su un altro acquisto . Niente di tutto ciò. Se fosse stato un negozio serio non si sarebbe perso per così poco ma avrebbe provveduto quantomeno a prendere un cartellino da altro pezzo e cambiare il prodotto . Perdere un cliente per così poco è sinonimo di non serietà e poca professionalità .
Sconsiglio per i comportamenti non consoni verso il cliente e per la scarsa qualità .

I don't recommend it. I bought a bag. When he got home he was smelly because of the poor quality of the material. I waited one day for it to come off, but nothing! I go back to the shop and ask to replace it, but for lack of the lost tag they did not want to replace it, nor did they propose to change it for another, let alone have a small discount on another purchase. None of this. If it had been a serious shop, he wouldn't have been lost for so little but he would have at least taken a tag from another piece and changed the product. Losing a customer for so little is synonymous with non-seriousness and little professionalism.
I do not recommend for inappropriate behavior towards the customer and for poor quality.
