Sì raggiunge alla fine del lungomare di Lingua, piccola cittadina di caffè sul mare e rivenditori di collanine e artigianato locale. Due minuti di spiaggia di ciottoli e si può riposare all'ombra del vecchio "Fanale", trasformato in Museo del Sale, che purtroppo ha degli orari un po' particolari (dalle 17 alle 21), quindi se venite in gita giornaliera risulta alquanto problematico da visitare. Il panorama comunque è gratis e vale assolutamente la pena. Truly enchanting, panoramic point from which it is possible to admire Lipari, Panarea and enjoy the beauty of the lush nature of Salina. It reaches the end of the seafront of Lingua, a small town of seaside cafes and dealers of necklaces and local crafts. Two minutes of pebble beach and you can rest in the shadow of the old "Fanale", transformed into the Salt Museum, which unfortunately has a bit special hours (from 17 to 21), so if you come on a day trip it is somewhat problematic to visit. However, the view is free and absolutely worth it.

Il faro, costruito nel 1953, nel corso degli anni è andato in rovina e nel novembre 2009, a causa di una violenta tempesta, il balcone è crollato e l'area è stata chiusa. Nel 2011 il comune ha concluso un accordo, con l'Agenzia del Demanio, per ottenere la gestione della casa del custode, che è stata restaurata per ospitare il Museo del Mare. The Punta Lingua lighthouse is an active lighthouse located on the south-eastern tip of the island of Salina, which is part of the Aeolian Islands, in the municipality of Santa Marina Salina on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The lighthouse, built in 1953, has been ruined over the years and in November 2009, due to a violent storm, the balcony collapsed and the area was closed. In 2011 the municipality concluded an agreement, with the Agenzia del Demanio, to obtain the management of the caretaker's house, which was restored to house the Museo del Mare.

Attorno ad esso si sviluppa l' intera frazione di Lingua. Molto carino. It is a small brackish lake located on the southern tip of Salina. From a landscape point of view, it lends itself to many photos given the context in which it is located. Around it develops the entire hamlet of Lingua. Very nice.
