I enjoyed it very much, but those who stayed on a hot day needed an internet air conditioner and Yepi was not there (not as promised) and a washing machine was not seen yet.

โ โ โ โ โ Posto silenzioso immerso nella natura. Peccato che per arrivarci si debba percorrere una strada sterrata mono corsia per entrambi i sensi di marcia. L'appartamento รจ un monolocale piccino se si รจ in 4 persone. C'รจ anche un soppalco vuoto che non รจ utilizzato. Avessero messo un posto letto lassรน, avremmo avuto molto piรน spazio per muoverci. La casa รจ molto accessoriata (perfino un frullatore) perรฒ mancava la lavatrice che era stata promessa su Booking. E sinceramente per noi che venivamo giร da una settimana di vacanze era indispensabile averla. Il panorama dalla veranda รจ magnifico con il lago di Garda e Sirmione proprio lรฌ davanti.
Silent place surrounded by nature. Too bad that to get there you have to take a single-lane dirt road for both directions. The apartment is a small studio if there are 4 people. There is also an empty mezzanine which is not used. Had they put a sleeping place up there, we would have had much more room to move. The house is very equipped (even a blender) but the washing machine that was promised on Booking was missing. And honestly, for us who had already been coming for a week's vacation it was essential to have it. The view from the veranda is magnificent with Lake Garda and Sirmione right there in front.

โ โ โ โ โ Host is friendly and location is nice, BUT:
there is no bike renting service (but it was promised when booking), the โfree wifiโ is inconsistent and slow (>10kB/s) so lookinh something up becomes are chore. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors peeing and snoring, washing maschine isnt free (free washing maschine was promised when booking), host doesnt understand english, there is an insect nest under the shower, we were promised a two-person bed with mattress and got an extendable couch, the light sensor when going up the stairs doesnt work, there is a dog barking at late hours in the neighborhood, the TV has hardly any non-italian channels and a bright light shining from the outside onto the couch at night.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
