Bad !!! Forget it ... A nice and good rip off !!

I bought their flagship product, about 24 months ago, at a cost of about 3000 €, just assembled, the product works quite well but out of curiosity we had the water analyzed and from the chemical analysis it turned out that the water was too purified and it is depleted of mineral salts, however, the laboratory recommended a better setting because in any case considering the impurities of the tap water it was better to have a water with poorer priority but without carcinogens. After a few months from the first installation, the first defect appears, we call the technical assistance that is not very fast to carry out the intervention, everything is ok we also replace the filter which must necessarily be replaced approximately every year, at a cost of about € 100. About the 20th month of purchase, the purifier is damaged again and this time the problem is an important component of the purification system and therefore we have to wait about 15 days to repair it. Finally the day arrives when the device returns to work regularly, with the premise of the technician who says that now everything is new and will not break anymore .. aime after 25 months from its purchase the purifier stops, for the umpteenth time. Forced to beg for technical assistance after more than 20 days from our notification, the technician finally arrives and takes away the device and tells us "don't worry we will repair it and you will only pay for the call, which is about € 30 or a little more, between 3 / 4 days I'll bring it back ".. 20 days have passed since the last famous words From the technician we decide to contact the local salesman who is located in Latina ... Moral of the story, after numerous calls we are finally able to get in touch again with the technician who tells us: It is seriously damaged and you have to pay to repair it. This is my experience with this company, now draw your own conclusions!

I bought the machine in July 2019 and I have always done the maintenance. In November 2020 the ozone function fails and the machine becomes noisy, I call and the agony begins ... a whole series of rebounds between Emilia assistance, central assistance, salesman and finally new assistance since in the meantime they had changed company for the service ? (Not counting the times I called and found phones turned off! ?). In January 2021 a technician finally arrives who is unable to fix but does the maintenance 6 months in advance ? ... then at the beginning of February finally someone comes who should have repaired and instead ... takes the car away ?‍♂️ without saying when will be rendered. We have been without a car for a month and without knowing if and when it will come back ? ... STAY AWAY if you don't want to have trouble ...
