M	Mauro Fusi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo alle 18:55 per capire se sono rimasti dei tamponi da fare a casa, giustamente mi si dice che non possono essere prenotati, ma che ne è rimasto qualcuno, spiego che sto uscendo da lavoro e che proverò a passare, mi viene detto che chiuderanno alle 20 (come dice, tra l'altro, anche l'orario qui su Google). Arrivo alle 19:39, la serranda è abbassata per metà, non mi si lascia neppure spiegare che, appena mi affaccio (rigorosamente da fuori), mi viene detto con tono canzonatorio che «se la serranda è abbassata e le vetrine so spente vuole dire che è chiuso» (penso: eh, D Cane, a questo c'ero arrivato anch'io), provo a spiegare che ho chiamato e mi era stato detto che la chiusura fosse alle 20:00 (ci sta di sbagliarsi) invece di farmi una cortesia, dato che vedo all'interno il farmacista col camice ancora dietro al bancone e le luci accese, si preferisce continuare a prendermi in giro con tono ironico "non ha letto l'orario fuori?". Lascio stare, saluto cordialmente (saluti ai quali non viene risposto) e me ne vado. Ecco, sinceramente, di questi tempi mi sarei aspettato non dico gentilezza ma un po' più di comprensione: c'è anche chi lavora tutti i giorni e non stando al calduccio appoggiato a un bancone. [Ps. Perlomeno cambiate l'orario qui su Google.] I call at 6:55 pm to find out if there are any tampons left to do at home, rightly I am told that they cannot be booked, but that there are some left, I explain that I am leaving work and that I will try to pass, I am told that they will close at 20 (as it says, among other things, the time here on Google). I arrive at 7:39 pm, the shutter is half lowered, I am not even allowed to explain that, as soon as I look out (strictly from the outside), I am told in a mocking tone that "if the shutter is down and the windows are off it means that it is closed "(I think: eh, D Dog, I was there too), I try to explain that I called and I was told that the closing was at 20:00 (we are wrong) instead of doing me a courtesy, since I see inside the pharmacist with his coat still behind the counter and the lights on, he prefers to keep making fun of me with an ironic tone "Didn't you read the time outside?". I leave it alone, I cordially greet (greetings which are not answered) and I leave. Honestly, these days I would have expected not to say kindness but a little more understanding: there are also those who work every day and not being in the warmth leaning against a counter. [Ps.
