Solitamente mi servo presso altre farmacie dov'è se non hanno un prodotto disponibile al momento del pagamento avendolo inserito nel carrello devi rimuoverlo per proseguire con il pagamento. Non ricevendo mail di tracking ordine è mia abitudine chiamare e verificare se vi è qualche problema, la farmacia uno mi ha risposto nessun problema c'è solo un sovraccarico di ordini, proponevo di fornire il numero ordine, mi è stato risposto da una signora che non ce n'era bisogno perché tutto era ok. Non riesco a capire come ha potuto dire è tutto ok senza verificare! Il giorno dopo mi è stato annullato l'ordine per prodotti non disponibili. Ma il giorno prima non era tutto ok?? Il cliente andrebbe ascoltato ed il venditore dovrebbe verificare lo stato dell'ordine almeno verificando con il dati cliente e non dicendo che vi e' sovraccarico di ordini senza verifica alcuna.
