G	Gaia Santillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna. Mia madre si è recata oggi, giorno festivo in quanto 25 aprile, in questa farmacia con una ricetta scaduta (un antibiotico ad uso ginecologo). Ha spiegato alla dottoressa che si sono manifestati gli stessi sintomi per cui il ginecologo ha raccomandato di iniziare immediatamente la terapia e consegnare la ricetta domani. La dottoressa si è rifiutata di consegnare l'antibiotico. Una vergogna. Sconsigliatissima. A shame. My mother went today, a public holiday since April 25, to this pharmacy with an expired prescription (an antibiotic for gynecologist use). She explained to the doctor that the same symptoms occurred for which the gynecologist recommended starting the therapy immediately and delivering the prescription tomorrow. The doctor refused to hand over the antibiotic. A shame. Highly not recommended.
Z	Zio Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato il 28 dicembre un tampone per il 30 dicembre alle 16.35 (ore decisa dalla farmacia), giunto alle 16.30 trovo una fila di circa venti persone ammassate in una stanza 2 metri x 3 e mi viene detto che non vale la prenotazione e devo fare l'intera fila. Vista la faciloneria, mi vengono anche dei dubbi sulla qualità. Vado via e mi reco in un'altra farmacia senza prenotazione (per non fare pubblicità evito il nome), dove mi viene con cortesia spiegato che, non avendo prenotazione, posso aspettare di inserirmi in assenza dell'utente prenotato (giustamente). G	Giuseppe Pio La Sala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che per motivi di lavoro ho effettuato decine e decine di tamponi ovunque, e non ho MAI avuto problemi. Ci siamo presentati stamattina io mia moglie e mia figlia di 3 mesi per due tampone rapido, nei 2 giorni precedenti abbiamo chiamato in continuazione per prenotare appunto i tamponi per stamattina, ma nessuna risposta. Stamattina ci siamo trovati un enorme assembramento gestito malissimo(senza un numerino o altra modalità d'ordine) tra prenotati e non prenotati. Molti di più i non prenotati che hanno riscontrato lo stesso disagio di non aver avuto risposta nei giorni precedenti. Disorganizzazione a dir poco vergognosa, se in mezzo a quella folla ci fosse stato almeno un positivo, altro che tampone!! Sapendo ciò che stiamo passando dovete essere voi i primi a prepararvi e organizzarvi per affrontare tali giornate. I state that for work reasons I have made dozens and dozens of swabs everywhere, and I have NEVER had problems. We showed up this morning my wife and my 3 month old daughter for two quick swabs, in the previous 2 days we called continuously to book the swabs for this morning, but no answer. This morning we had a huge crowd managed very badly (without a number or other order method) between booked and unbooked. Many more non-booked people who have experienced the same discomfort of not having received an answer in the previous days. Disorganization to say the least shameful, if in the midst of that crowd there had been at least one positive, other than a buffer! Knowing what we are going through, you must be the first to prepare and organize yourselves to face these days.
