Après avoir demandé bien précisément au pharmacien si le test effectué était bien homologué pour voyage en avions, ce dernier me confirme que oui et me fait payer 24€ pour un antigénique.
Je reçois un mail 2h plus tard avec une simple attestation me signifiant que je suis négative ! Aucun QR Code, aucun certificat universel européen... Rien, impossible de prendre l'avion avec ça !
Lorsque je les recontacte, ils ne peuvent rien faire... Je site : "vous auriez dû préciser au docteur que vous vouliez un QR code"... ce qui est logique lorsque je demande un test pour voyager en avions, non ?...
Ils nous ont laissé dans la galère un samedi à 18h30 alors que nous prenions l'avions lundi à 6h du matin... Great ??
I do not recommend this pharmacy for PCR testing!
After having specifically asked the pharmacist if the test carried out was approved for air travel, the latter confirms that yes and makes me pay € 24 for an antigen.
I receive an email 2 hours later with a simple certificate telling me that I am negative! No QR Code, no European universal certificate ... Nothing, impossible to fly with that!
When I get back in touch with them, they can't do anything ... I site: "you should have specified to the doctor that you wanted a QR code" ... which makes sense when I ask for a test to travel on planes, right? ..
They left us in the galley on a Saturday at 6.30pm while we had it on Monday at 6am ... Great ??
