I prodotti sono innumerevoli e soprattutto le promozioni convenientissime! I attended the Valvo pharmacy for many years. The difference compared to a common pharmacy is clear. Spero che anche quest’anno organizzino il mercatino di Natale perché l’anno scorso ho scelto i miei regali a prezzi contenuti che sono stati molto graditi. Dr. Valvo offers a complete range of products for every need and sought-after services also in the field of cosmetics. Compilato il format sul sito della farmacia per chiedere una possibile sostituzione, nemmeno degni di una risposta. Modifico la recensione in quanto non appena si sono accorti dell'accaduto la Dott.ssa Valvo ha provveduto a contattarmi telefonicamente per scusarsi, spedendomi poi a casa una nuova confezione del prodotto che avevo acquistato scaduto. Ringrazio nuovamente per la gentilezza e l'onestà. Bad experience! Purchased in August 2020 a product expired in March 2020, which was on the shelves available to customers. Filled out the form on the pharmacy website to ask for a possible replacement, not even worthy of an answer. I change the review because as soon as they realized what had happened, Dr. Valvo proceeded to contact me by phone to apologize, then sending me home a new package of the product that I had purchased expired. Thanks again for your kindness and honesty.

Ho acquistato una mascherina per 5€ in questa farmacia, ma dopo averla indossata per dieci minuti ho notato che il mio naso era graffiato e aveva iniziato a sanguinare PER COLPA DELLA MASCHERINA!! Il filo di metallo che dovrebbe adattarsi alla forma del naso si era rotto in due e mi aveva graffiato, e PER AGGIUNGERE LA BEFFA AL DANNO dopo che sono tornata in negozio per farglielo notare la commessa si è RIFIUTATA DI CAMBIARLA! Una famiglia di tirchi, sconsiglio vivamente questa farmacia a chiunque non voglia un buco nel naso!!!!! Do you want to buy a mask? DO NOT BUY IT HERE !! Ho preso la crema per comprare qualcosa. Ma assurdo il prezzo 27,90 per il flacone da 75 ml (ho provato ad allegare foto ma nn la carica) Exaggerated prices. Almost ten euros more than the price that other pharmacies sell. I went to the place for a free box with no obligation to purchase. I took the cream to buy something. But the price is absurd 27.90 for the 75 ml bottle (I tried to attach photos but not the charge)
