a	andrea fagotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il periodo di vacanze estive trascorso a siracusa ci siamo recati presso la farmacia agosta per acquistare un prodotto dal costo di circa 30 euro. Il commesso ci comunica che non è disponibile e che lo ordina, ma ci chiede il pagamento anticipato (strano, di solito si paga alla consegna). Paghiamo i 30 euro. Torniamo dopo un paio di giorni in farmacia per scoprire che è chiusa per ferie per le successive settimane... Poiché viviamo all estero, non abbiamo potuto ritirare il prodotto già pagato. Sono passati quasi due mesi e, nonostante varie chiamate e email, ancora non ci è stato risolto il problema che è stato causato dal aver omesso la circostanza della chiusura per ferie della farmacia stessa. Va bene tutto, ma dover chiamare e mandare email e sentirsi dire "si ne parlo con la titolare" ma non aver ricevuto nessuna risposta in merito mi sembra oltre che poco professionale anche maleducato... Since we live abroad, we have not been able to collect the product already paid for. Almost two months have passed and, despite various calls and emails, the problem that was caused by the omission of the closure for holidays of the pharmacy itself has not yet been resolved. Everything is fine, but having to call and send emails and be told "yes, I'll talk to the owner" but not having received any response on the matter seems to me not only unprofessional but also rude ... They wanted us to leave soon so they didn’t pay attention to what we asked and gave us a shower gel. Since we don’t speak italian we paid for it and left, only to realize later we had been deceived.
