Sono felicissima, personalmente ho ricevuto i prodotti richiesti in nemmeno un giorno e mezzo, con corriere Bartolini. ( abito a Venezia ) I parafarmaci erano perfettamente intatti, ben imballati. Comprerò ancora, grazie! I ordered online some normally very expensive vitamins, which I found at this pharmacy at unbeatable and much cheaper prices. I am very happy, personally I received the requested products in less than a day and a half, with Bartolini courier. (I live in Venice) The parapharmaceuticals were perfectly intact, well packed. I will buy again, thank you!

I placed an order for drugs three days ago and still have not received anything and not even an order confirmation email even if payment has been made. also it is impossible to contact the pharmacy by phone. I think I will no longer order via the web.

A quasi un mese dal pagamento del mio ordine non ho avuto ne la merce (pubblicizzata sul sito ma non disponibile subito dopo aver effettuato il pagamento..) ne il rimborso (nonostante le numerose mail...) . Penso di dovermi attivare legalmente per ottenere il recupero del credito. Completamente delusa del loro comportamento. The handling of the refund procedure is bad. Almost a month after the payment of my order I did not have the goods (advertised on the site but not available immediately after making the payment ..) nor the refund (despite the numerous emails ...). I think I have to legally activate to get credit recovery. Completely disappointed with their behavior.

Dopo 10 giorni e l'assicurazione telefonica del servizio clienti di aver spedito l'ordine contatto nuovamente l'addetto (dopo altri 6 giorni senza aver ricevuto la merce) che mi informa di non aver ancora provveduto. Non è professionalità ne serietà questa! Non consiglio acquisti via web Bad experience. Mi. dicono di aver spedito ma Bartolini, pur fornendo una fascia oraria di consegna non la rispetta. Dopo numerose mie telefonate senza ricevere la merce ottengo il rimborso il giorno 16 novembre. Credo che la maggiore responsabilità della farmacia sia quella di aver incaricato un servizio di consegna come BRT che ha una collezione di critiche e fallimenti come testimoniato dalle numerose opinioni su trustpilot Made order for over 100 eu on 3 nov. with delivery in Rome within 48/72 hours. No email confirmation of the order until November 8 following a phone call from me. Me. they say they have shipped but Bartolini, despite providing a delivery time slot, does not respect it. After several phone calls without receiving the goods, I get a refund on November 16th. I believe the biggest responsibility of the pharmacy is to have hired a delivery service like BRT which has a collection of criticisms and failures as evidenced by the numerous opinions on trustpilot
