Ho chiamato per chiedere se avesse un farmaco, non l'aveva, mi chiede di prenotarlo e le rispondo che visto che mi serviva subito provavo a vedere se lo trovavo da altre parti. La risposta è stata con un tono cafone, maleducato e per lo più alto: si si va bene!! e mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia. L'educazione prima di tutto!!non entrerò più nella sua farmacia! Le sue frustrazioni le sfoghi fuori dal posto di lavoro! Doctor Mariangela, whom I know since I often went to get drugs in this shop, treated me very rude on the phone. Più di una volta ho chiesto un consiglio e mi è stato risposto in modo frettoloso e disinteressato. Inoltre almeno salutare i clienti sarebbe gradito. Provo a chiamare al telefono più volte. Lei passa e mi vede dalla vetrina ma va avanti a parlare al cellulare delle sue squallide storie di corna.... visto che urla e si sente tutto....... Anche io sono stato in proprio,ma non mi sono mai permesso di trattare male nessun cliente,MAI! Non vi consiglio minimamente il suo servizio,visto che la sua priorità è il tempo libero a casa che le esigenze dei suoi clienti. VERGOGNATI!!visto che non sono l’unico che la pensa così.
