G	Giovanna Rossella Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente mi fermo a scrivere recensioni,ma dopo aver chiesto più volte la possibilità di poter parlare con il titolare e aver subito a mio avviso un abuso mi vedo costretta a farlo.Estromettendo solo due persone di storico impiego in questa farmacia,il personale è arrogante e poco professionale,pronte a sfidare il cliente, senza il minimo interesse di favorirlo o tutelato,la bravura e professionalità si vede nella capacità di risolvere le eventuali problematiche e non nella normale e tranquilla vendita al banco.Mi è stata negata la possibilità di poter cambiare un farmaco in giornata, integro e mutuabile pagato 32,00€ perché siglato da loro stesse e giacché avevo bisogno di un altro farmaco da assumere mi vedo costretta a spendere altri 30€per quello meglio tollerato,provvedo a farmi prescrivere dal medico richiesta medica per quello pagato mutuabile ,ma le stesse per leggerezza decidono" successivamente" di emettere senza mia richiesta scontrino fiscale,così da poter poi giustificare l emissione di un buono spendibile e non più rimborso .Ho anch'io un attività e quando ci sono stati problemi non ho mai penalizzato il cliente come nel mio caso.Consiglio al titolare di tenersi più informato di ciò che accada nel suo esercizio se vuole continuare a tenersi i suoi clienti. Per malattia non sono potuto andare in farmacia e dopo aver mandato un familiare per ben tre volte hanno sbagliato (o così dicevano )ad ordinare il farmaco costringendomi a far andare il familiare nella farmacia di via morgioni acquistando subito il farmaco.
