In più non ascoltano: per 10 minuti ho detto di avere un forte prurito all'occhio causato dal prodotto acquistato e quando è arrivato quello che sembrava essere più competente ha chiesto "prude?" E la sedicente banconista ha risposto al mio posto un secco "no" ed io chiaramente ho aggiunto "si che mi prude altrimenti non sarei qui da 10 minuti a ribadirlo" e finalmente mi hanno dato il giusto prodotto ed ora sto guarendo. If you understand yourself ... otherwise they insist on telling you that the product you said had allergic reactions, that's fine! In addition they do not listen: for 10 minutes I said I had a strong itch in my eye caused by the product purchased and when what seemed to be the most competent came, he asked for "itch?" B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo in quarantena e la quasi totalita' delle farmacie che ho contattato non facevano il domicilio ("mandi un amico o un parente"... eh... lavorano!) o pretendevano pagamento solo in contanti. Ora dico io, se sono in quarantena o isolamento, non posso certo andare al bancomat a prelevare il contante e le riserve che uno ha a casa (di solito) sono limitate, al contrario dei costi dei farmaci per la terapia covid (specie se siete piu' persone bisognose di cure!).... senza contare che i soldi sono piu' rischiosi del pos (che si puo' disinfettare molto piu' facilmente). Ad ogni modo, la farmacia Bellini, invece, offre domicilio e pagamento col bancomat (ci fosse pure il bonifico sarebbe il massimo, ma va bene). Questa, tra le varie cose, significa tenere ai clienti! 5 stelle meritatissime per la serieta' professionale, disponibilita' e senso del dovere. We are in quarantine and almost all the pharmacies I contacted did not do the domicile ("send a friend or a relative" ... eh ... they work!) Or demanded payment only in cash. Now I say, if I am in quarantine or isolation, I certainly cannot go to the ATM to withdraw cash and the reserves that one has at home (usually) are limited, as opposed to the costs of drugs for covid therapy (especially if you are more people in need of care!) .... not to mention that money is more risky than the pos (which can be disinfected much more easily). In any case, the Bellini pharmacy, on the other hand, offers domicile and payment with an ATM (even if the bank transfer would be the best, but that's okay). This, among other things, means caring for customers! 5 stars deserved for the seriousness 'professional, availability' and sense of duty.

Nello specifico una signora con i capelli rosso e la frangia che è stata di una cattiveria e aggressività con tutte le persone presenti, una vergogna per tutto il personale. Organizzazione inesistente per quanto riguarda i tamponi e certificazioni Covid-19, il personale non era nemmeno a conoscenza delle regole e adoperano una connessione non adeguata alla prescrizione dei certificati verdi. Farmacia assolutamente da EVITARE! Spero che non si ripeti in futuro una mattinata infernale come è capitata alla sottoscritta. A star because zero stars could not be chosen.
