Although I can understand the critical period of overwork due to reservations for covid-19 tampons, in my opinion this does not absolutely justify the rudeness in answering phone calls.

Solo le due normalmente in servizio sono gentili ma altre nemmeno da dire buongiorno,una farmacia così in un paese dove ci si conosce tutti un realtà cosi non ci sta. Una volta mi è stata strappata una ricetta fatta in ospedale perché il cardiologo non aveva messo la data. In altra farmacia lo hanno timbrato loro...anni fa,rendendosi conto che ra una svista. Vergognoso. I think I will never set foot there again .... the owner is annoyed if you go there .... he even manages to find rude substitutes. Only the two normally on duty are kind but others not even to say good morning, such a pharmacy in a country where you all know each other a reality like this is not there. I was once torn off a prescription made in the hospital because the cardiologist had not put the date. In another pharmacy they stamped it ... years ago, realizing it was an oversight. Shameful.

Aspetto per svariati minuti, ma loro finiscono il discorso (sulla didattica online dei figli) prima di servirmi, anche se dietro al bancone sono in 2 e non c'è nessun altro cliente nella farmacia. Ovviamente il prodotto che cerco non c'è, ma lo ordinano per il giorno seguente e così sono "costretta" a tornare. Scena 2: ritorno, entro e le farmaciste (una era la stessa del giorno precedente) non mi degnano di un saluto, continuando a LITIGARE tra loro e con l'unica altra cliente presente, che sosteneva di aver chiamato per disdire una prenotazione mentre a loro non risultava. I toni sono vergognosi, sia tra le due che con la cliente in questione (se fossi stata in lei me ne sarei sicuramente andata, invece è rimasta fino a che una delle farmaciste ha ammesso che si trattava di un loro sbaglio). Dopo aver finito di urlarsi dietro -letteralmente-, una delle due mi serve. "Grazie" e "buon giorno" non sono termini conosciuti nel dizionario della farmacia. Ho pagato e me ne sono andata, non ci metterò mai più piede. Scene 1: I enter and the pharmacists don't deign to greet me, continuing to chat among themselves as if I were invisible. Obviously the product I am looking for is not there, but they order it for the following day and so I am "forced" to return. Scene 2: I return, I enter and the pharmacists (one was the same as the previous day) do not deign to greet me, continuing to quarrel with each other and with the only other customer present, who claimed to have called to cancel a reservation while at they did not appear. The tones are shameful, both between the two and with the client in question (if I had been her I would have certainly left, but she stayed until one of the pharmacists admitted that it was their mistake). After I'm done yelling at each other -literally-, I need one of the two. "Thank you" and "good morning" are not familiar terms in the pharmacy dictionary. I paid and I left, I will never set foot there again.

Quasi sempre i farmaci non ci sono e ti tocca tornare . Mi è capitato di entrare e la farmacista stava tranquillamente chiacchierando con le braccia conserte del più e del meno . Ho aspettato svariati minuti e me ne sono andata . Non ci tornerò più. Maleducati e per niente professionali.
