Ho fatto un reso e non voleva nemmeno riprendere l'articolo che era chiaramente difettato.. Scocciata mi ha detto: non ti restituisco i soldi. Pessima professionalità di questa persona che a causa sua la Farmacia perderà un cliente. Forse per lei di serie B.. Sempre cliente che ti da la paga. Brava!
