★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ore 4.30 del mattino di giovedì scorso mi sono recata davanti la suddetta farmacia per un imprevisto e avevo assoluto bisogno del contenitore per le analisi delle urine.Lo so non è un orario normale ma alle sette del mattino dovevo essere ricoverata in ospedale e volevano le prime urine del mattino...Quando il dottore ha sentito che non avevo la ricetta per il contenitore delle urine (non per un super farmaco letale) mi ha detto di tornare alle otto a comprarlo..mi ha sbattuto lo sportellino in faccia lasciandomi li come una cretina,senza darmi neanche il tempo di spiegare.Per fortuna non tutti i farmacisti sono così sgodevoli!!!!Sono due volte che vado in questa farmacia e per due volte sono stata trattata assolutamente con poco tatto e zero gentilezza!!Certi mestieri se non si è portati non bisogna svolgerli!!!!
4.30 in the morning of last Thursday I went to the aforementioned pharmacy for an unexpected event and I absolutely needed the container for urinalysis. I know it's not a normal time but at seven in the morning I had to be hospitalized and they wanted the first morning urine ... When the doctor heard that I did not have the recipe for the urine container (not for a super lethal drug) he told me to come back at eight to buy it .. he slammed the flap in my face leaving me as an idiot, without even giving me time to explain.Fortunately not all pharmacists are so disgusting !!!! I have been to this pharmacy twice and twice I have been treated absolutely with little tact and zero kindness !! Certain crafts if you are not brought, you must not carry them out !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ultima domenica di agosto per un urgenza (una persona anziana in grave difficoltà) mi sono recata su segnalazione della guardia medica alle 13.30 in questa farmacia segnalata di turno e APERTA con orario continuato, trovando davanti un bel cartello con orario di apertura 15.30 per orario estivo... INCREDIBILE! Ho dovuto percorrere 40 km fra andata e ritorno per arrivare in altro comune e trovare altra farmacia di turno regolarmente aperta. Senza parole, potessi togliere anche l’unica stella!
Today, on the last Sunday of August, for an emergency (an elderly person in serious difficulty), I went to this pharmacy on duty at 13.30, reported on duty and OPEN continuously, finding in front of a nice sign with opening hours 15.30 for hours summer ... INCREDIBLE! I had to travel 40 km round trip to get to another municipality and find another pharmacy on duty regularly open. Without words, I could even remove the one star!

Crazy ... 20 minutes for 2 people bad service and I'm sorry to say because I have old acquaintances there .. but in Vignola there are many other pharmacies luckily much more professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio figlio si reca in questa farmacia dopo il lavoro, un po' di fretta per un tampone rapido. Premetto che lavora in un OFFICINA MECCANICA. Purtroppo dimentica di cambiarsi la mascherina che dopo alcune ore di lavoro in officina si era sporcata. Viene aggredito dal farmacista, davanti ad altre persone, con queste parole: "se la prossima volta ritorni con la mascherina sporca nn ti faccio il tampone". Io credo che la persona che ha detto queste parole si debba solo vergognare, nn tutte le persone caro farmacista lavorano sedute davanti ad una scrivania !!!! CI SONO MODI E MANIERE DI DIRE LE COSE !!!
My son goes to this pharmacy after work, in a bit of a rush for a quick swab. I state that he works in a MECHANICAL WORKSHOP. Unfortunately, he forgets to change the mask which after a few hours of work in the workshop got dirty. He is attacked by the pharmacist, in front of other people, with these words: "if you come back next time with a dirty mask, I won't give you a swab". I believe that the person who said these words should only be ashamed, not all the dear pharmacist people work sitting in front of a desk !!!! THERE ARE WAYS AND MANNER OF SAYING THINGS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai da circa tre anni soddisfatto cliente della farmacia. Al centro del paese, con comodo parcheggio a 100 m risulta ben fornita. Il personale è gentile e competente. Sebbene tutti i farmacisti siano disponibili nel dispensare consigli il servizio è comunque rapido.
I have been a satisfied customer of the pharmacy for about three years now. In the center of the village, with convenient parking at 100 m, it is well-stocked. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Although all pharmacists are available in dispensing advice, the service is still fast.
