Quando ho chiesto perché così tanto mi è stato detto che quelle erano lavabili. Le ho comprate ingenuamente credendo che quello che mi era stato detto fosse vero e senza controllare le informazioni sulla confezione. A casa ho scoperto che mi vendevano mascherine non chirurgiche, uso singolo. Le ho riportate e ho riavuto indietro i soldi, senza neanche degnarsi di uno scusi. Non riesco a credere alla bugia che mi è stata raccontata dalla farmacia in un periodo del genere, con tutti i problemi che ci sono. Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I went to buy some surgical masks for children. I was asked € 3.50 for a mask. When I asked why so much I was told those were washable. I bought them naively believing what I was told was true and without checking the information on the packaging. At home I discovered that they were selling me non-surgical masks, single use. I brought them back and got my money back, without even deigning to apologize. I can't believe the lie that the pharmacy told me at a time like this, with all the problems there are.

La gentilezza non è solo di maniera, bensì capace di alleviare - se c'è - quel poco di sofferenza che magari ci si porta dentro nell'avvicinare una necessità di cura. Medicinali, consigli, e praticità non burocratica. Non ne trovo di uguali in zona. Bravi col cuore. Grazie.
