Al mio "volevo sapere se fosse possibile effettuare..." la ragazza mi ha risposto "non facciamo tamponi", neanche ho finito la domanda e ovviamente a tale risposta ho augurato buona serata. Capisco che la maggior parte delle chiamate sarà per i tamponi ma almeno far finire le frasi!
I called to ask if it was possible to place an order. To my "I wanted to know if it was possible to make ..." the girl replied "we do not do swabs", I have not even finished the question and obviously I wished a good evening to this answer. I understand that most of the calls will be for tampons but at least end the sentences!

Vengo da Grottaferrata apposta.
