Mia figlia acquista un braccialetto antizanzara con pupino...apro, il pupino è già rotto, siccome sono ancora davanti entro e chiedo gentilmente la sostituzione, mi sento rispondere che posso avere un reso di 1€ perché loro se lo riprendono lo devono buttare via...cosa assurda!
