Hanno sempre trovato soluzioni per ogni mia richiesta in modo ottimale. Sarò loro cliente a vita.
I have recently lived in this neighborhood and when I started going to this pharmacy, I immediately understood from all the doctors a great professionalism, a lot of availability and above all a lot of cordiality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia non molto grande, senza parcheggio antistante, ma con stalli poco lontani. Il personale è cordiale e il servizio veloce. Non essendo grande non ha molti prodotti diversi dai medicinali, ma sono ben forniti di quest'ultimi e se sono sprovvisti di un articolo, possono farlo arrivare in poche ore.
Not very large pharmacy, without parking in front, but with stalls not far away. The staff are friendly and the service fast. Not being big, it doesn't have many products other than medicines, but they are well supplied with the latter and if they don't have an article, they can get it there in a few hours.

Anche il reparto di “profumeria” è buono.
Purtroppo hanno un parcheggio molto piccolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è cortese e disponibile e non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi. Ma se parliamo di tampone, c'è una signora sulla 50/60 ina che me lo ha effettuato ieri.. io sono uno di quelli che non vuole vaccinarsi perciò mi faccio il tampone ogni 2/3 giorni e solitamente lo eseguo in altri posti, per esigenze l'ho prenotato presso questa farmacia e rispetto a tutti gli altri operatori che mi hanno effettuato il tampone questa signora è andata molto a fondo causandomi una irritazione che ancora oggi sento, il tampone lo effetuai ieri e sono passate più di 24 ore, è la prima volta che mi fa così male e ne ho fatti davvero tanti ... Per questo motivo eviterò di tornare, se altre persone hanno riscontrato questo problema lo segnalino perché non vorrei fosse una persona impreparata che crea danni o che faccia così intenzionalmente.
Per il resto sono stati ripeto gentili e disponibili nulla da dire dunque oltre alla violenza col tampone dell'operatrice.
The staff are courteous and helpful and I have nothing to complain about. But if we talk about tampon, there is a lady on 50/60 ina who gave it to me yesterday .. I am one of those who does not want to get vaccinated so I do the tampon every 2/3 days and usually I do it in other places , due to needs, I booked it at this pharmacy and compared to all the other operators who swabbed me, this lady went very far, causing me an irritation that I still feel today, I performed the swab yesterday and more than 24 hours have passed , it is the first time that it hurts me so much and I have done so many ... For this reason I will avoid returning, if other people have encountered this problem they report it because I would not want it to be an unprepared person who creates damage or who does so intentionally .
For the rest, I repeat, kind and helpful, nothing to say besides the violence with the operator's tampon.
