★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato un tampone per mio figlio di 1 anno, ho telefonato per accertarmi se la farmacia facesse il tampone ai neonati; mi è stato gentilmente risposto di si.
Il giorno del tampone, invece, è emerso che la farmacia non esegue il tampone ai neonati (nonostante al telefono mi avessero assicurato il contrario).
Risultato? Abbiamo dovuto far eseguire il tampone privatamente, ovviamente pagando più del quadruplo.
Molto triste che un errore non mio si traduca in spreco di soldi, tempo e benzina da parte mia
After booking a tampon for my 1-year-old son, I phoned to see if the pharmacy swabs babies; I was politely told yes.
On the day of the swab, however, it emerged that the pharmacy does not swab babies (despite the fact that on the phone they had assured me otherwise).
Result? We had to have the swab performed privately, obviously paying more than four times as much.
Very sad that a mistake not mine results in a waste of money, time and gasoline on my part
