★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente è impossibile trovare qualcuno al telefono. Il centralino rimbalza le telefonate da un comune all'altro per poi far cadere la linea. Maledetta la volta che gli è venuta l'idea delle UTI.
It is practically impossible to find anyone on the phone. The switchboard bounces phone calls from one municipality to another and then drops the line. Damn the time he got the idea of the UTI.
