F	Federico Badini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un problema alla macchinetta automatica, che mi aveva "mangiato" 12€ di resto, sono dovuto tornare a chiedere indietro i soldi e il personale è stato molto gentile nel rimediare all'errore. Una cosa normale ma al giorno d'oggi è giusto segnalarlo. S	Silvia Reginaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono una cliente abituale di questa farmacia il personale è molto garbato e disponibile l unica nota negativa è il farmacista (credo sia uno dei titolari) maleducato egocentrico irrispettoso e sempre senza mascherina! sono stata maltrattata per aver fatto un tampone non essendo vaccinata parlando sopra la mia voce e dicendomi di poter andar via perché il test era negativo senza rilasciarmi il green pass di cui avevo bisogno!sono dovuta tornare indietro e richiederlo! sicuramente non ci metterò più piede!!! I am a regular customer of this pharmacy the staff is very polite and helpful the only negative is the pharmacist (I think he is one of the owners) rude egocentric disrespectful and always without a mask! I was mistreated for taking a swab not being vaccinated speaking over my voice and telling me I could leave because the test was negative without giving me the green pass I needed! I had to go back and request it! surely I will not set foot there again !!!

Ho sempre trovato il personale più che adeguato e non ricordo episodi di scortesia, eppure la frequento spesso. Al contrario di altre farmacie, sono disponibili sia telefonicamente che via WhatsApp per la prenotazione dei prodotti o per la conferma della presenza in negozio. Sono sempre stati molti attenti nel tenere una minima scorta dei prodotti richiesti (anche quando si trattava di prodotti meno commerciali che non erano mai stati richiesti da altri), accortezza che altre farmacie in passato non hanno avuto e per questo ho preso l'abitudine di fornirmi da loro. Prezzi in linea con quelli raccomandati e spesso anche scontati di una piccola percentuale. Personalmente la preferisco alle altre farmacie della zona. Non mi è mai capitato di fare tamponi da loro, quindi non mi esprimo in merito. In reading the negative reviews I was amazed and a little perplexed as my experience has always been diametrically opposite. I have always found the staff more than adequate and I don't remember episodes of rudeness, yet I frequent them often. Unlike other pharmacies, they are available both by telephone and via WhatsApp for booking products or for confirming presence in the store. They have always been very careful in keeping a minimum stock of the requested products (even when it was less commercial products that had never been requested by others), a shrewdness that other pharmacies in the past have not had and for this reason I got into the habit of provide me from them. Prices in line with those recommended and often discounted by a small percentage. Personally I prefer it to other pharmacies in the area. I've never done tampons from them, so I don't comment on that.
