Mi hanno chiesto un documento d'identità della ragazza. Ho ricordato loro che solo la Polizia Giudiziaria ha il potere di verificare l'identità dei cittadini e, in ogni caso, pro bono pacis, ho esibito la mia carta d'identità di genitore esercente la potestà. Neppure questo è stato sufficiente e, non si comprende a qual titolo, il giovane farmacista addetto alla cassa, ha addirittura preteso una foto della minore! Mi sono rifiutato con sdegno e, a questo punto, il giovane farmacista si è arbitrariamente rifiutato d'eseguire la prestazione sanitaria richiesta. Unkindness and incompetence.
