★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per ora ho provato la birra bianca e la bionda. La bianca ha un leggero retrogusto aromatico che non collima con i miei gusti, ma nell'insieme è una birra gradevole.
Molto buona la bionda, che tornerò a comperare quanto prima.
Oltre la bianca e la bionda dispongo di altre due tipologie: una scura ed una ambrata, che ancora non provo.
I prezzi sono come quelli di altri birrifici artigianali locali.
Dispongono anche del barilotto di alluminio da 5lt.
Il nome deriva dal nome di una vecchia sorgente che si trovava in loco e che aveva la nomina di aiutare le donne nella produzione del latte.
I locali possono essere trovati con qualche difficoltà, seguendo le indicazioni di Google Maps, ma la presenza di alcune indicazioni sicuramente semplificherebbero.
Prima di recarvi al birrificio per acquistare, si consiglia di telefonare per verificare la presenza di qualcuno.
For now I tried white beer and the blonde. The white has a slight aromatic aftertaste that does not match my taste, but overall it is a pleasant beer.
The blonde is very good, and I'll be back to buy as soon as possible.
Besides the white and the blonde I have two other types: a dark one and an amber one, which I still don't feel.
Prices are like those of other local craft breweries.
They also have a 5lt aluminum barrel.
The name derives from the name of an old spring that was on site and that had the appointment to help women in the production of milk.
The premises can be found with some difficulty, following the indications of Google Maps, but the presence of some indications would certainly simplify.
Before going to the brewery to buy, it is advisable to call to check someone's presence.
