Dopo aver fatto il tampone ho chiesto di prenotare per la prossima domenica perché lavoro , mi hanno detto di chiamare martedì e mi hanno assicurato di poterlo prenotare!! Sono tornato lunedì per maggior sicurezza e mi hanno detto che sono pieni per domenica ed io ho risposto che mi avevano assicurato di poterlo prenotare, allora ha cambiato risposta ed ha detto che non sono sicuri se c' e' il farmacista!! Sono tra le nuvole , DEMENZIALI. To say the least incompetent! They swab as if they were operating and therefore very intrusive! After taking the swab I asked to book for next Sunday because I work, they told me to call on Tuesday and they made sure I can book it !! Il farmacista invita l'utente a scaricare l'applicazione, senza tenere conto che non c'è alcun obbligo di legge in questo senso. L'applicazione serve solo a permettere il controllo digitale delle persone da parte del governo. RISPOSTA : Mi dispiace contraddirla, ma anche federfarma ha confermato che le farmacie devono mettere a disposizione del cliente che lo richiede copia cartacea gratuita del certificato green pass. Il cliente non ha nessun obbligo di dimostrare se e perché non utilizzi la relativa App. Infatti tutte le farmacie a cui mi sono rivolta non hanno mai sollevato il problema ed anzi si sono messe pazientemente a stampare i pass a chiunque lo chiedesse, criticando il Vs operato. Mi dispiace aver innescato una polemica sterile e infruttuosa. Come vede non sono l'unica a lamentarsi di voi. Aver trovato un buco oggi grazie anche mia sorella (oltretutto con fb) è stato un miracolo, perché tutte le farmacie erano sature, e trovare questa disponibilità è stato il massimo.
