Oggi vado dal medico per richiedere quanto mi hanno consigliato e mi il dottore mi dice che nion è possibile. Una delle farmaciste che serve al banco, piuttosto che spiegarmi perchè non avrei potuto chiedere il rimborso, mi dice che è un mio errore e che sono stato servito non da un farmacista, ma dal magazziniere....(un magazziniere dietro il banco dei medicinali?!? mah.. io ho fatto come mi hanno detto) Se Domenica fossi andato alla guardia medica avrei richiesto la ricetta del medicinale e non avrei perso 40 euro, ma non mi è stato detto. 0 stelle This is my experience: Sunday I take a prescription medicine and I am told to ask my doctor to do a prescription without DPC, otherwise no refund. Dopo che ti servono non ti ringraziano e non ti salutano nemmeno, girano i tacchi e se ne vanno a chiacchierare nuovamente tra di loro. Veramente sgarbati. Bad. With a huge queue of pharmacists laughing and chatting, not caring about serving customers. After they serve you they don't thank you and don't even say hello, they turn their heels and go to chat with each other again. Really rude.
