★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacista mi ha chiesto di avvicinarmi al banco mentre stava ancora servendo il cliente precedente. Le ho più volte fatto notare la cosa ma ha fastidiosamente insistito. Ho aspettato comunque. Poi mentre stava servendo me ha fatto la stessa cosa con il cliente successivo. Le ho fatto notare che non avevo finito, ma chi era dopo di me non ha avuto la stessa accortazza che ho usato io e mi si è letteralmente appiccicato addosso. Con profonda maleducazione ed arroganza ha detto che c'era la fila da smaltire.... In tempi come questi ci vorrebbe più buon senso ed educazione, ma basterebbe la professionalità.
The pharmacist asked me to approach the counter while she was still serving the previous customer. I have pointed this out several times, but he has insistently insisted. I waited anyway. Then while he was serving me he did the same thing with the next customer. I pointed out that I was not finished, but whoever was after me did not have the same shrewdness that I used and literally stuck on me. With profound rudeness and arrogance he said that there was a queue to be disposed of .... In times like these it would take more common sense and education, but professionalism would suffice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo perché meno non si può mettere... non so chi assume il personale ma chi esegue i tamponi è di una maleducazione assoluta. La signora deve capire che chi va li per un tampone non lo fa per divertimento.
Speriamo che la mia recensione faccia meditare chi assume personale così.
