★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai trovato una farmacia come questa, hanno cambiato il personale e adesso purtroppo mi ritrovo a condividere esperienze pessime.
Ho portato un'impegnativa con una prescrizione di un farmaco equivalente e mi hanno dato quello a pagamento e quando l'ho comunicato alla ragazza mi ha detto con un fare altezzoso e poco consono in un ambiente in cui non ci si trova per motivi futili, e a dir poco infastidita, che dovevo comunicarglielo prima nonostante vi era scritto nell'impegnativa. Un'altra volta ero andata per fare un tampone e ovviamente mi hanno chiesto la tessera sanitaria ma non hanno riportato nello scontrino il codice fiscale che mi è utile per le detrazioni fiscali. Un'altra volta ancora mio marito è andato a prendere delle medicine a prezzi forfettari, inventati completamente da loro, una confezione di fermenti latticini a più del doppio del prezzo pieno.
I have never found a pharmacy like this, they have changed the staff and now unfortunately I find myself sharing bad experiences.
I brought a referral with a prescription for an equivalent drug and they gave me the paid one and when I communicated it to the girl she said to me with a haughty and unsuitable manner in an environment where you are not in for trivial reasons, and annoyed to say the least, that I had to communicate it to her first despite the fact that it was written in the referral. Another time I went to take a swab and obviously they asked me for a health card but they did not report the tax code on the receipt which is useful for tax deductions. Yet another time my husband went to get some flat-rate medicines, invented entirely by them, a package of dairy enzymes at more than double the full price.
