Sono corso a questa farmacia per avere un tampone per i mie due figli spiegando che avremmo perso il volo per Londra. La persona che faceva i tamponi e stata molto scortese e inflessibile, ha detto che i tamponi sono solo con appuntamento e non ha voluto aiutarci in questa situazione d' emergenza. Per fare un tampone ci vuole 1 minuto!!!! Chi lavora in farmacia dovrebbe essere una persona che vuole aiutare le persone in difficolta. Vi uggerisco di non usare questa farmacia perche non ha mostrato nessuna solidarieta in questa occasione d' emergenza. Today I had to leave for London and at the airport they told me that the rule for tampons has changed and even children under 6 have to swab to leave for London. I ran to this pharmacy to get a tampon for my two children explaining that we were going to miss our flight to London. The person who did the tampons was very rude and inflexible, said that the tampons are by appointment only and did not want to help us in this emergency situation. It takes 1 minute to make a tampon !!!! Anyone who works in a pharmacy should be someone who wants to help people in need. I guess you don't use this pharmacy because it showed no solidarity on this emergency occasion.
e	elisabetta londrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi unisco a Vincenzo Quinto..ho aspettato 25min per un tampone ( e in questi 25 Min. Sono state tamponate solo due persone davanti a me in tutto ciò! ). Arrivato il mio turno, mi viene detto che devo aspettare perche devono fare prima gli appuntamenti. Dietro avevo solo altre 3 persone, con appuntamento alle 17:25 e 17:30, ed erano appena le 17:23. Quindi faceva sicuramente in tempo a fare un tampone anche a me. Vabbè probabilmente conoscono la loro totale lentezza nel fare i tamponi. 10 minuti ogni persona, un'esagerazione. Non tornerò mai più! I join Vincenzo Quinto .. I waited 25min for a swab (and in these 25 mins. Only two people in front of me were swabbed in all this!). When my turn comes, I am told that I have to wait because they have to make the appointments first. Behind I had only 3 other people, with an appointment at 5:25 pm and 5:30 pm, and it was just 5:23 pm. So he certainly had time to swab me too. Oh well, they probably know their total slowness in making swabs. 10 minutes each person, an exaggeration. I will never go back!
A	Alfredo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia “Commerciale” che “spadroneggia” in quanto senza diretta concorrenza limitrofa. Non fanno “pacchetti scontati” per i tamponi (come fanno quasi tutte le altre farmacie…), ma fanno pagare sempre e solo 15€ a tampone… Per i “poveri” bambini piccoli, non prevedono neanche il tampone solo bocca per tornare a scuola (a differenza di altre farmacie…) sempre per i tamponi, c’è fuori un gazebo che più di 100€ non costa, il cui tessuto è ormai completamente strappato dal vento da ormai più di 2 mesi… Ormai abbiamo capito bene che è solo un business.. ma neanche un po' di rispetto e servizio per le persone…? Davvero complimenti…… avete proprio delle gran belle faccie……………!!! "Commercial" pharmacy that "dominates" as it does not have direct neighboring competition. They do not make "discounted packages" for tampons (as almost all other pharmacies do ...), but they always charge only € 15 per tampon ... For the "poor" small children, they do not even provide a swab only in the mouth to go back to school (unlike other pharmacies ...) again for the pads, there is a gazebo outside that costs no more than € 100, whose fabric has now been completely torn by the wind for more than 2 months ... By now we have understood well that it is only a business .. but not even a little respect and service for people ...? Really congratulations …… you really have some very nice faces …………… !!!
