★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come farmacia nulla da eccepire. Mia figlia ha fruito del servizio di estetica e siamo rimaste molto deluse ?. A parte il costo di un pedicure estetico altissimo, aggiunto alla poca gentilezza e disponibilità dall'estetista che ha elargito pareri non richiesti ma soprattutto la poca professionalità concui ha eseguito il lavoro e, dulcis in fundo: lo smalto non è compreso nel servizio. Per la modica cifra di € 5,00 ti mette lo smalto da scegliere tra una gamma di colori piuttosto limitata. Insomma: mai più !!!
La mia estetista è meglio e e costa quasi la metà. Peccato fosse in ferie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso la farmacia per una prenotazione di analisi e mi sono trovata coinvolta in un fraintendimento con una delle farmaciste che ha risposto in modo seccato, permaloso e accusatorio per aver riportato una notizia riferitomi da un laboratorio di analisi privato riguardo una posizione dell'ASL.
Anche se un utente dovesse venire male informato è giusto che venga trattato con educazione.
Avevo intenzione di acquistare dei prodotti da banco, ma credo che a malincuore deciderò di acquistare online, dove spendo anche meno.
Diversamente la farmacia è innovativa, molto fornita e organizzata.
Alla base comunque dell'efficienza deve prevalere sempre l'educazione.
Buongiorno, a seguito della risposta apprezzabile del proprietario della farmacia, ribadisco che non era mia intenzione mettere in dubbio la veridicità di ciò che la signora farmacista aveva detto, ma il tono e il modo in cui si è posta quando ho esposto la dichiarazione del centro di analisi, che anche se inesatta non era accettabile scaricare l'errore sull'utente con modi accesi ed eccessivi.
