La farmacista mi ha consigliato l' Oki come antidolorifico, le ho detto che quel farmaco mi dava crampi allo stomaco e mi voleva vendere un gastroprotettore! ...cambiare farmaco no??? Mah...
E poi... un po' di gentilezza e un sorriso in più non guastano!

The pharmacist recommended Oki to me as a painkiller, I told her that that drug gave me stomach cramps and she wanted to sell me a gastroprotector! ... change medication no ??? Mah ...
And then ... a little kindness and an extra smile won't hurt!
