Ma CARA rispetto le altre farmacie, Spesso mi serve una signora bionda SCORTESE e maleducata , ci passerei sopra se fosse competente , ma spesso le sue pressioni per farti prendere un farmaco al posto di un altro si rilevano sbagliate .al punto che mi domando se è una Vera farmacista. La signora bionda che mi ha servito sembrava provasse fastidio, eppure le ho rubato davvero 4 minuti contati.. L'unico momento di cortesia è stato quando mi ha dato il volantino con le loro offerte. Più volte mi vuole convincere a comprare un farmaco equivalente e/o generico anziché quello che le chiedo, perché quello che le chiedo io a suo dire è “vecchio e superato” (ma saranno affari miei se chiedo quel tipo di farmaco no? La mia dottoressa mi ha prescritto quello, quindi prendo quello). In più, quando la sera sono andata a ritirare un farmaco comprato la mattina e messo da parte con tanto di biglietto “pagato deve solo ritirare”, sembrava infastidita che io non avessi il foglio di prenotazione CHE LEI STESSA LA MATTINA NON MI AVEVA DATO DICENDOMI CHE NON SERVIVA CHE SI RICORDAVA SICURAMENTE DI ME. Anche io lavoro a contatto col pubblico, non ci si rapporta in questo modo. Mi dispiace dare due stelle, perché l’altro farmacista è davvero gentile ed educato. S	Stefano Di Vincenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pensato un po’ se dare 4 o 5 stelle ma poi mi sono reso conto che avrei dato 4 stelle solo a causa della farmacista (l’unica che c’è, non ci si può sbagliare) e non sarebbe stato giusto nei confronti dei suoi colleghi. Il personale, tranne l’eccezione di cui sopra, è sempre gentile e disponibile. Riguardo la dottoressa si può dire che è una persona che tende ad addossare ai clienti i propri errori, il che non è proprio ne’ piacevole ne’ professionale. Quando c’è lei, se posso, rimando gli acquisti o vado altrove.
