La cosa non viene fatta presente all'atto della prenotazione. Per un preparato veterinario ci ho messo 10 giorni per averlo. Tra l'altro il medicinale doveva essere conservato a bassa temperatura, ma secondo voi è possibile farlo spedendolo con un corriere normale in una scatola tipo quella dei gelati con un refrigeratore da borsa termica per 5 giorni in giro a Luglio ? bha... Attention, for galenic preparations this pharmacy uses a laboratory located in the Marche region. This is not mentioned at the time of booking. For a veterinary preparation it took me 10 days to get it. Mi dispiace se è avvenuta un incomprensione ma siamo sempre molto chiari e soprattutto educati e accoglienti.
