Oggi sono passata e c'era il delirio: coda di clienti, coda per i tamponi...sicuramente una situazione molto difficile da gestire; ma la classe non è acqua...e loro ne hanno da vendere! Complimenti per la vostra competenza, gentilezza, organizzazione....(devo continuare?? ;)) My pharmacy has always been. A special applause for how they are dealing with this health emergency. Today I passed and there was a delirium: queue of customers, queue for tampons ... certainly a very difficult situation to manage; but class is not water ... and they have it to sell! Congratulations on your competence, kindness, organization .... (do I have to continue ??;))

Tampone prenotato la mattina, mi son recato come da prenotazione e non risultava il mio nome all'orario dell'appuntamento, come risposta mi è stato detto "Qui il suo nome non risulta si metta in coda fuori!!" oltretutto in tono acido e nervoso. Complimenti bel servizio!!! 1 stella è anche troppo!! Poiché impossibilitato a riscontrare il suo messaggio commento di seguito: A volte si può essere molto più maleducati senza usare parolacce, sarebbe stato più professionale verificare prima un eventuale vostra mancanza piuttosto che cacciare malamente un cliente che aveva regolarmente fissato un appuntamento. Consiglio alla signora dato che é già in farmacia di farsi dare un calmante perché capisco siate oberati di lavoro ma se non siete in grado di gestire una semplice chiamata, che si faccia due domande. In quanto soggetto molto fragile ho avuto l'impellente esigenza di sottopormi a tampone rapido. Pur senza appuntamento mi è stata data la possibilità di mettermi in fila (insieme a tanti altri) aspettando il mio turno e dando precedenza agli appuntamenti. Non solo non ho atteso a lungo, ma mi è anche stato mandato il risultato via Web evitando ulteriori potenziali contatti. Grazie per la vostra attenzione e cura nel guardare le persone come me e in generale tutti . I would like to thank the Piccaluga pharmacy for the understanding and diligence shown towards me. As a very fragile subject, I had an urgent need to undergo a quick swab.
