La signorina piu giovane nemmeno é a conoscenza che, per conoscere il piano terauperico di un paziente, é sufficiente inserire a video il codice fiscale dell' interessato senza dovere consultare il cartaceo, l'altra, forse anche piu maleducata, risponde gesticolando senza nemmeno incrociare lo sguardo.
