La farmacia è fornita di tutto e sono sempre pronti a procurare quello che serve, non si può dire lo stesso del reparto celiachia, impiegata scortese, mai disponibile, prezzi elevatissimi, non viene fornita la minima informazione sui prodotti! Sono cliente da 20 anni non sono mai riuscita a comprare niente, non mi rendo conto come una ditta cosi attenta possa avere un reparto cosi scadente!!!!! И	Итало брунo. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa non e' una farmacia, ma la ritengo il giusto negozio dove entri arrabbiato per i tanti tuoi problemi, ma ne esci in pace e col sorriso. Cortesia, serieta' professionalita' e accuratezza: sono solo i primi approcci in cui imbatti con il personale. Difficilmente te ne esci a mani vuote, perche' loro ti verranno incontro con una ottima soluzione. L'ordine e la pulizia la fanno da padroni, grazie anche alla clientela che ha saputo dare valore alle regole della Direzione. Che vai per comprare medicinali o parafarmaci o un semplice spazzolino, riceverai sempre quel giusto sconto che per certo apprezzerai. Reparto ciliaci, detergenti intimi, saponi per le mani........e poi pannolini, dentifrici, creme di ogni tipologia con la costante presenza del personale femminile simpatica e utile nelle tue scelte. Difficilmente potresti buttare denaro perche' mal consigliato e quindi speso male. Infine, si tenga presente che le prenotazioni hanno tempi davvero irrisori. Parcheggio in strada dove trovi un posto anche per i disabili. E se ti occorre, puoi prenotare anche il tampone per il Covid-19, di cui un loro incaricato verra' direttamente a casa tua. Chiedi pure la tessera raccolta punti, dove riceverai sempre qualche piccolo sconto su determinati articoli. Info alle casse. E scusate per la pubblicita'. Ieri in farmacia è successa una cosa gravissima, mia sorella e mia madre hanno fatto un tampone rapido ed è risultata positiva mia madre e negativa mia sorella (cosa strana considerando che i sintomi li aveva mia sorella e non mia madre). Abbiamo isolato mia madre dopo la segnalazione e siamo andati tutti a fare il tampone molecolare. Alla fine della fiera la positiva era mia sorella e non mia madre. È vero che ci sono falsi positivi, ma qui è palese che sono stati scambiati i risultati rapidi. La cosa grave è che abbiamo isolato chi positivo non era, mettendo a rischio tutti gli altri. Fortunatamente siamo coscienziosi e ci siamo isolati tutti lo stesso, ma la situazione è gravissima e avremmo potuto fare una strage per colpa loro. Unfortunately I cannot put 0 stars.
