★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina mi sono recato alla farmacia Musella per acquistare un farmaco per conto di mia madre che, anziana, aveva sbagliato ad indicarmene il nome.
Il dottore di turno, visibilmente infastidito, dopo avermi detto che il nome era sbagliato ha iniziato di mala voglia a cercarlo al terminale; mentre telefonavo a mia madre per farmi dare il nome corretto, l’ho sentito borbottare ad alta voce”queste cose non le sopporto proprio”
Concluso l’acquisto, mi sbatte il resto con forza sul bancone e non risponde al mio saluto mentre me ne andavo.
E stata un’esperienza spiacevole
In zona ci sono tante altre farmacie in cui hanno più educazione e rispetto per i clienti.
Non ci tornerò più.
Yesterday morning I went to the Musella pharmacy to buy a drug for my mother who, when she was elderly, had made a mistake in giving me its name.
The doctor on duty, visibly annoyed, after telling me that the name was wrong, reluctantly started looking for him at the terminal; while I was calling my mother to give me the correct name, I heard him mutter aloud "I just can't stand these things"
Once the purchase is complete, he slams the rest of me hard on the counter and does not respond to my greeting as I was leaving.
It was an unpleasant experience
In the area there are many other pharmacies where they have more education and respect for customers.
I will never go back.
