★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non potere mettere zero stelle, avevo prenotato un prodotto la cui disponibilità era limitata, quando vado a ritirarlo mi dicono di non aver nessuna idea di cosa stessi parlando, quando alla prenotazione mi avevano fatto scegliere anche il colore essendo stata una delle prime ad aver chiamato! Delusione totale e non hanno fatto anche assolutamente niente per scusarsi! Vergognoso...
Too bad I could not put zero stars, I had booked a product whose availability was limited, when I go to pick it up they tell me that they have no idea what I was talking about, when at the booking they had made me choose the color as it was one of the first to have called! Total disappointment and they did absolutely nothing to apologize! Shameful...
