★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da qualche anno, è gradevole la disponibilità telefonica prima di passare personalmente per evitare di non trovare un medicinale visto che non è facile trovare un parcheggio.
Il personale è per lo più garbato soprattutto nell'ambito della cosmesi. Purtroppo qualche giorno fa ho discusso perché per l'ennesima volta non ho fatto scarico fiscale.
Ora, so bene che è nel mio interesse, ma chiedere al cliente se fa scarico fiscale non compromette la vostra produttività! È una cortesia. E soprattutto rispondere "io non sono tenuta a chiedere se fa scarico fiscale" non è una risposta per niente carina.

The staff is mostly polite especially in the cosmetics sector. Unfortunately a few days ago I discussed why for the umpteenth time I have not made a tax discharge.
Now, I know it's in my best interest, but asking the customer if he makes a tax relief doesn't compromise your productivity! It is a courtesy. And above all, answering "I don't have to ask if it does tax relief" is not a nice answer at all.
