La qualità è un punto di forza, anche in realtà necessarie come le farmacie. S	Simo Carbone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione,sono allibita dalla poca serietà,ieri ho effettuato un ordine sul sito online farmacia bianca(vedendo i dati e l'indirizzo mi riportano alla seguente farmacia)oggi mi contattano dicendomi dobbiamo annullare l'ordine in quanto ci siamo sbagliati ad inserire il prezzo, da premettere che confronto al prezzo di altre farmacia lo sconto era all'incirca €3,00 in meno... una somma ridicola per essere ricontattata, mi chiedono se voglio il rimborso o il buono, ovviamente vedendo la poca affidabilità richiedo il rimborso,la ragazza mi dice che provvede subito con il rimborso e che mi invierà il tutto scritto dettagliatamente tramite email terminata la chiamata (da aggiungere che l'email non è ancora arrivata) Mai più,non si può sentire una cosa del genere , per un errore loro il cliente si ritrova senza prodotto e per lo più anticipando dei soldi (da premettere che non so nemmeno se arriva il rimborso vedendo la poca serietà), un consiglio alla farmacista di dover rileggere le norme di vendita, non deve essere il cliente a pagare i vostri sbagli.
