Arrivo lì e trovo chiuso, chiamo al numero di telefono e mi risponde un tizio che con sufficienza e l'arroganza degna di un dipendente delle poste mi dice che aprono solo in caso di ricetta medica ''con urgenza''. Una roba da pazzi, avrei dovuto trovare a l'una di notte un medico per farmi prescrivere la tachipirina con urgenza perché avevo la febbre a 38 per poi tornare di nuovo lì e forse avrebbe avuto la decenza di darmela?!? Tanto vale aspettare il giorno seguente ed andare in una Farmacia NORMALE, perché questa è seriamente ANOMALA. Grave anche che il Comune tra tante Farmacie valide ed efficienti a Potenza a cui dare il turno notturno abbia scelto proprio questa quì per cui veramente non ci sono parole. A shame! It's Saturday night and this '' Pharmacy '' was referred to as the only one in full power. I arrive there and find myself closed, I call the phone number and a guy who satisfies me and the arrogance worthy of a post office employee tells me that they open only in case of medical prescription "urgently". A crazy thing, I should have found a doctor at 1:00 am to have me prescribe tachypirina urgently because I had a fever of 38 and then returned there and maybe he would have had the decency to give it to me?!? We might as well wait for the following day and go to a NORMAL Pharmacy, because this is seriously ANOMALA. Grave also that the City among so many valid and efficient Pharmacies in Potenza to which to give the night shift has chosen just this one for which really there are no words.

Io sono un medico ed il farmacista si è rifiutato di darmi i farmaci pretendendo la ricetta rossa, nonostante gli avessi mostrato il mio tesserino dell’ordine dei medici. Questa sera nuovamente non mi sono stati dati i farmaci richiesti( Tachipirina, oki e tachiflu), questo comportamento per me denota assoluta mancanza di professionalità. In August I went to the Mancinelli pharmacy (the only one open because of the shift) due to an allergic reaction, to buy cortisone and an antihistamine. I am a doctor and the pharmacist refused to give me the drugs, demanding the red prescription, even though I showed him my medical order card. This evening again I was not given the required drugs (Tachipirina, oki and tachiflu), this behavior for me denotes an absolute lack of professionalism.

Ad agosto Il mio ragazzo non aveva la ricetta è vero ma era un Medico e stava avendo una reazione allergica per cui aveva bisogno del cortisone che non gli è stato dato pur avendo presentato il suo tesserino! Siamo dovuti scappare poi al pronto soccorso perché si stava gonfiando la gola, quando con il cortisone avremmo risolto istantaneamente! Oggi per una Tachipirina per la febbre e un tachi flu ci dice serve la ricetta. Devo tenermi la febbre tutta la notte! Perché posso aspettare domani! Grazie tante! We then had to flee to the emergency room because our throat was swelling, when with the cortisone we would have solved it instantly! Today for a Tachipirina for the fever and a tachi flu he says we need the recipe. I have to keep the fever all night! Because I can wait for tomorrow! Thank you very much!
L	Lorenzo Tramutola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza questa sera: servizio notturno indecente anzi praticamente inesistente, unica farmacia di turno in tutta la provincia di potenza insieme ad una a San Nicola, il commesso/impiegato (non credo il titolare perchè se fosse stata sua la farmacia non avrebbe mai risposto in quel modo), si rifiuta di fornire farmaci da banco come tachiflù e tachipirina dicendo che serve la ricetta del medico, (sono farmaci da banco non serve la ricetta), espongo il tesserino (sono iscritto all'ordine dei medici posso prescrivere farmaci) mi invita a scrivere la ricetta su ricettario ssn, io non ho il ricettario rosso, vengo invitato quindi a recarmi dalla guardia medica per farmi fare la ricetta e poi tornare su in centro. comportamento pessimo quasi passibile di denuncia, non credo che il farmacista possa rifiutarsi di fornire farmaci a un medico che può tranquillamente prescriverseli bad experience tonight: night service indecent indeed practically non-existent, the only pharmacy on duty in the whole province of Potenza together with one in San Nicola, the salesman / employee (I do not think the owner because if it had been his the pharmacy would never have answered in that way), refuses to provide over-the-counter drugs such as tachiflù and tachipirina saying that you need a doctor's prescription, (they are over-the-counter drugs you don't need a prescription), I expose the card (I am registered in the order of doctors I can prescribe drugs) invites you to write the recipe in the SSN recipe book, I do not have the red recipe book, so I am invited to go to the doctor's office to have the recipe made and then go back up to the center. bad behavior almost notifiable, I don't think the pharmacist can refuse to give drugs to a doctor who can safely prescribe them
