β β β β β sono davvero allibito del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti in coda per poter prendere due farmaci. Costo totale β¬8! Estraggo il bancomat come nel 2019 ormai Γ¨ cosa normale e mi viene riferito che non Γ¨ possibile pagare con il bancomat quell'importo. il problema evidentemente sono le commissioni di pochi centesimi.
adesso, parliamoci chiaro, non siamo in un bar dove effettivamente un caffè con la moneta si può pagare ma in una farmacia che fattura centinaia di migliaia di euro all'anno. Penso che per qualche centesimo di commissione non vadano in fallimento.
Mi sono sentito davvero umiliato davanti a tutte le persone Γ¨ trattato con una freddezza tale che fa trasparire solo il pensiero del fatturato fatturato fatturato! Penso che non metterΓ² piΓΉ piede in quella farmacia!
I am really appalled that I had to wait 20 minutes in the queue to be able to take two drugs. Total cost β¬ 8! I extract the ATM as in 2019 it is now normal and I am told that it is not possible to pay that amount with the ATM. the problem is evidently the commissions of a few cents.
now, let's face it, we are not in a bar where you can actually pay for a coffee with money, but in a pharmacy that invoices hundreds of thousands of euros a year. I think they don't go bankrupt for a few cents of commission.
I felt really humiliated in front of all the people and treated with such a coldness that only the thought of the turnover turnover shines through! I think I will never set foot in that pharmacy again!

β β β β β Una stella, peccato che di meno non ne posso dare. Questa mattina 10/01/2019 alle 03.20 circa, ho dovuto suonare a questa farmacia, era di turno e piΓΉ vicina a me. AldilΓ della scocciatura arrecata al farmacista (molto visibile) voleva pagassi tutto in nero, la tessera non gli serviva. Insisto per lo scontrino, e invece di battere l'importo di circa (a caso) sui 18β¬...mi fa uno scontrino di poco piΓΉ di 10β¬ NASCONDENDO IL PREZZO STAMPATO NELLE CONFEZIONI DEI FARMACI
gli ricordo che nello scontrino dovrebbe esserci anche la voce del notturno (visto il sovrapprezzo) ma lui continua a dire che, non essendo urgenza..non si puΓ² inserire nello scontrino. Ma vergognatevi, su
One star, too bad I can't give less. This morning 10/01/2019 at about 03.20, I had to ring at this pharmacy, it was on duty and closer to me. Beyond the hassle caused to the pharmacist (very visible) he wanted me to pay for everything in black, he didn't need the card. I insist on the receipt, and instead of beating the amount of approximately (at random) on β¬ 18 ... he makes me a receipt of just over β¬ 10 HIDING THE PRICE PRINTED IN THE DRUG PACKAGES
I remind him that in the receipt there should also be the voice of the night (given the surcharge) but he continues to say that, not being urgent .. it cannot be included in the receipt. But be ashamed, come on
