A volte anche troppo formali direi, non che sia un difetto, ma avendo troppi clienti magari non ti riconoscono mai.
Suggerimento: dare più info su sconti o altro perché fa veramente comodo anche avere abbonamenti sui tamponi o altro. Le informazioni sono alla base anche del passaparola.
Molto carina l'idea delle email (newsletter) con info sulla salute che leggo molto volentieri.

Tip: give more info on discounts or other because it is also really convenient to have subscriptions on tampons or other. Information is also the basis of word of mouth.
Very nice the idea of emails (newsletters) with health info that I read very willingly.
