Una nota particolare sul nuovo servizio di drive trought per i tamponi covid; ho avuto un urgenza e nonostante non avessi prenotato in anticipo, con molta gentilezza e disponibilità, mi hanno fatto comunque il tampone con nessun tempo di attesa. Si può avere un occhiale a 80 euro, lenti infrangibili e antiriflesso, anche bifocali. Un record assoluto. Buona scelta di montature comprese nel prezzo. Gentilezza top, soprattutto un ragazzo giovane veramente educato, cortese, paziente, rispettoso e competente. A volte ci vuole un po' a trovare la montatura, specialmente al primo occhiale per i bambini, ma lui è stato davvero bravissimo, grazie. L'unica pecca è che chiamando in farmacia non c'è un interno per l'ottica e i farmacisti che rispondono sono purtroppo molto restii a facilitare la comunicazione con il reparto ottica, perché, a loro avviso, è un servizio non della farmacia. Ma se sono nella stessa stanza, nello stesso ambiente, per i clienti suona un pochino strano questo ostracismo.... Però ribadisco che consiglio l'ottica qui, i prezzi sono imbattibili.
