Quindi arrivato per un tampone non c'era molta fila ma i dipendenti erano lenti e quindi dopo 10 minuti di orologio me ne sono dovuto andare. I tried to call for 20 minutes, there was no answer. Telefonando si possono prenotare in tempo rapidissimo i test rapidi per il covid, di fatti all’esterno del centro commerciale hanno adibito 3 tende come postazione per effettuare tamponi rapidi, e nel giro di pochissimo consegnano anche il risultato cartaceo. Davvero una bellissima organizzazione ed uno staff molto professionale. G	Giovanna Camelio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cliente di questa farmacia da parecchi anni e sono molto soddisfatta dei servizi. purtroppo questo pomeriggio 2 agosto 2021 verso le ore 18.00 ho ricevuto una scortesia dall'addetta alla cassa veloce. nonostante io avessi già fatto la fila per acquistare dei farmaci e avessi aspettato una decina di minuti che la signora servisse una cliente, quando ho richiesto il mio green pass, mi sono sentita dire dalla signora che c'era una fila da rispettare e che dovevo prendere il numero per essere servita. preciso che le persone che avevano preso il numero per quella cassa erano venute dopo di me. considero una grave mancanza di educazione farmi passare ingiustamente per una persona che salta le file. Per una mia richiesta l'addetta alla cassa ha continuato ad insistere che non si poteva fare, invece poi in un'altra farmacia mi hanno risolto il problema in pochi minuti. Non entrerò mai più. When you do not want to perform a service it is better to say it immediately, instead of saying that you do not know how to do it. For my request, the cashier continued to insist that it could not be done, but then in another pharmacy they solved the problem in a few minutes. I will never go in again.
