La ragazza del reparto cosmesi non mi ha permesso di pagare con il pos perché ha sbagliato e ha stampato subito lo scontrino senza chiedermi la modalità di pagamento. Probabilmente distratta da un suo amico con un bambino in braccio con cui giocava e scherzava mentre era alla cassa. Ho dovuto chiedere ad una mia amica di prestarmi i soldi visto che in quel momento avevo con me solo la carta. Bad experience. C	Celestina Fazia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, entro per acquistare un paio di lenti e la giovane farmacista, dopo aver fatto una lunga fila, mi dice di rivolgermi al reparto cosmesi ( di fronte alle porte di ingresso), aspetto in fila nuovamente, ma arrivato il mio turno trovo una commessa distratta e intenta a chiacchierare con i clienti, anche di aspetti non attinenti al suo lavoro. Chiedo le lenti e tra un chiacchiericcio e una risata della commessa, riesco a concludere l' acquisto. Sbaglia l' operazione con il Pos e mi richiede il pagamento in contanti. Peccato, una bella struttura, personale poco professionale. Mi ha garantito che potevo assumere il farmaco senza problemi. Arrivata a casa ho controllato anch'io e non era vero. Assumendolo avrei rischiato uno shock anafilattico. Scarsa professionalità I asked the pharmacist to check that the drug prescribed for me did not contain an excipient to which I am allergic.
